The GBIS is a national initiative focused on making insulation more accessible to UK households. It encourages the installation of loft, cavity wall, and solid wall insulation to enhance thermal efficiency. The scheme is open to a wide range of households, including middle-income families, and plays a crucial role in reducing energy bills and improving overall home comfort.
